Returns

Returns for refund or store credit: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for return, your item must be in original condition with tags attached.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original condition with tags attached cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.

If product returned does not meet the above requirements then we will not be able to refund you or apply store credit. The products may be returned to you. Our Customer Support team will reach out in this scenario.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can exchange full priced items for a different size if sizing is incorrect or not to your liking. If you need to exchange an item please contact exchanges@hellishwear.com.
